At Skymize Software Pvt Ltd, we prioritize transparency and user satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds for purchases or redemptions made within our mobile applications.

1. Virtual Currency & Task-Based Earnings

Users earn virtual coins by completing tasks, surveys, or offers. These coins can be redeemed for digital rewards such as:

  • UPI transfers
  • Google Play Store redeem codes
  • Other third-party gift cards

All earned coins are non-refundable once credited to your account and/or redeemed.

2. No Refund on Redeemed Rewards

Once a redemption request is successfully processed (e.g., UPI payout or redeem code sent), no refund, exchange, or cancellation is allowed under any circumstances. We recommend verifying your details before confirming any redemption.

3. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

If you make any in-app purchases, these are handled by the respective app store (Google Play). Please refer to the Google Play Refund Policy for assistance regarding store-billed transactions.

4. Fraudulent Activity

If fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., bots, fake accounts, policy violations), Skymize Software Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Suspend your account
  • Revoke earned coins
  • Cancel pending redemptions
  • Deny refunds

5. Technical Issues

If coins were not credited due to a verified technical issue, we may investigate and credit them manually. This is subject to proof of task completion and is at the sole discretion of Skymize Software Pvt Ltd.
